SHIPPING DATES
WHEN ORDERS GET SHIPPED
Orders get shipped out every Wednesday. Orders from Monday to Sunday are made and packaged on Monday and Tuesday, then shipped Wednesday. Other days are added if an over abundance of orders occurs.
WHY SHIP LIKE THIS
There's a number of practical reasons. The company has a workforce of one person, consolidating orders saves hours every week. Time is also needed to make the teas, coffee, and soaps (A tea typically has to "sit" for about 2 days before it can be packaged). We also need to frequently do inventory to reorder supplies and ingredients. When we were doing daily orders, many orders were frequently delayed by up to a week because of this, so the once a week method saw little change for many people.
I've used 20 oz tea in this and left it overnight and it leaves me with a super refreshing cold tea. I found that you CAN actually remove the infuser if you just wiggle it out of the lid piece. Excited to have cold teas to drink all summer!
I love this thing, and now that the temp is starting to go up, I find myself using it more.
My main complaint is that since i brew my tea using a seperate source, I don't need the tea infuser.
However the infuser can't be removed.
If you remove it then you lose the air tightness the pitcher is suppose to have.
Also having the infuser in the pitcher causes issues of not being able to put a lot ice in it.
Despite this drawback, the pitcher is perfect in every other regard.
I guess you can say it's a "Perfect Pitch".
